Each water bottle sling can hold up to a 40oz. I do not recommend anything larger as it can put strain on the bag as well as making the card slots not useable.
This sling has a front zipper pocket and can hold your phone or a set of keys while you go on your walk.
Washing instructions:
Hand wash recommended and hang to dry. The interior is made with waterproof canvas and with high heat from the dryer, it can cause damage. I am not responsible for any damages to the sling if it is machine washed and dried.
